Remember my wheat sprouts project? Well, I let them grow into wheatgrass! It's amazing to see how fast they grow. The above picture was on Day 6 and now look at them!
Below is Day 10- ready to harvest. I'm going to cut some and blend it into smoothies- I'll let you know what the family's reaction to that is! I love making undercover healthy foods- LOVE it!
