For Dinner Tonight.....

I wanted to try something new for dinner tonight. I had my in-laws over for dinner, so this was a little bit brave for me! I couldn't get Ale's Rice Cakes out of my head, so I decided to just go for it!


The final result? Well, I think I needed a bit more flour- mine don't look as round as hers. Mine look like mini hash browns! No matter how they looked, they tasted delicious! I HIGHLY recommend these- everyone, including my kids and my in-laws really loved them! I made mine with ham, onions, and cheese and served them with the FREE French's Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce I got awhile ago at Family Fresh Foods. I can't wait to try more toppings and sauces next time!
