Here's the step-by-step directions to get this great offer:
1- Head on over to eBillme.com
2- Add a $100 JCPenney e-gift card to your cart.
3- Complete the Billing Details section with your name, address, phone number and email address and click on the “Pay Now’ button (This step does NOT commit you to purchasing the gift card; you will still have to click through several other screens before placing your order).
4- You will then be directed to a screen that displays your sub-total of $100 and allows you to enter the coupon code JCP10 to get $10 off your purchase. Enter the coupon code JCP10 and click on update total (see below). Click on the next button.
