Arquest Study Open: FREE Diapers!

Arquest has a new diaper study available! Get FREE diapers and get paid for your opinion!

Arquest is a manufacturer of store brand diapers. They will send you FREE diapers with a questionnaire to fill out. You can also expect a phone call from Arquest about a week after the study to get your opinion. Not only will you get to keep the diapers you receive, but you will also receive a check of around $10 just for participating.

Right now they are conducting a study for size 4 diapers. Your child should weigh between 22-35 pounds and wear diapers both during the day and night. Just send an e-mail to Arquest at consumerpanel@arquest.com if you are interested in participating. Give them this information:

Name
Daytime Phone number
Child’s Gender
Product test size you are applying for

You can also call Arquest at 1-888-342-7372 and use extension 662. If they do not answer right away, leave a message. I know lots of people that have participated in these studies- I mean, who doesn't like FREE diapers? If you have participated in an Arquest diaper study before, please leave a comment. I and my readers will be very interested in your opinion of Arquest!

*Arquest studies are available in the lower 48 states.

We will be showing Disney's Tangled. All special needs children and their siblings get in for free, everyone else is $5.00"

Wow, this is cool! I'm still looking for details on how to reserve tickets. Studio Movie Grill has locations near Dallas, Houston and Atlanta. Be sure to tell your friends that are parents or grandparents of special needs kids. I know that they will enjoy this nice perk!

Head on over to the Studio Movie Grill Facebook page and 'Like' them so you'll be in the know for more details. While you're there, be sure to stop by the Savvy Sister Shops Facebook page and click 'Like'- you'll be in the know with all the great and FREE deals!

Awesome Daily Deals: Rangers & Cowboys Tours & more!

WOW! Today is a big sports day on the daily deal sites! First up, Groupon is offering tour tickets at a big discount for the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. I saw this stadium for the first time last weekend- the place is unbelievable! My lucky husband was able to go to a game when he first moved here to work. Our brother-in-law's work paid for the tickets- just $350 each! Whoa. Those are definitely not in our budget.

This deal is a great way to get in and see the stadium without paying a HUGE amount of money to do it. Self-guided tour tickets are $9 (normally $17.50 for adults, $14.50 for children 5–12 and seniors) and $15 for a VIP guided tour (regularly $27.50 for adults, $22.50 for children and seniors). I think my husband's favorite part of the stadium was one of "the largest video screens in the world." (What guy wouldn't love that?!) This is a great gift idea for the Cowboys fan in your family!

Next up are tickets for a tour of the Texas Rangers Stadium! This stadium is right next to the Cowboys Stadium, so why not hit them both in the same day? These tickets are $5 for adults (normally $10), and $3 for children (regularly $5 each), kids 4 and under are FREE.

See the Rangers clubhouse, batting cages, press box, City of Arlington Suite, dugouts in a one-hour guided tour. As soon as you get your tickets, you can use them as early as next week! Off-season tours are offered in November and December. Then open again for tours in season April-September. Read more about the tour on the Texas Rangers website. (But buy the discount tickets through the link above- the Texas Rangers site still has the regular prices listed.) Another great gift idea for big Rangers fans!

And, as long as you are out and about on your "sports studium tours" you may want to grab a bite to eat! Get $20 at The Brazilian Cowboy for $10! Here's what this Juice in the City deal had to say about The Brazilian Cowboy:

"The Churrascario meat selections include spicy sausages, bacon-wrapped chicken and beef, spicy beef, garlic beef, flank steak, top sirloin, and the traditional house picanha. Add to this a full salad bar, delicious hot cheese bread and exotic side dishes like fried bananas and grilled pineapple, and you've got yourself a feast you'll long remember."

Sounds like a really fun and delicious menu to try for half the price!

One more deal I wanted to share today- get admission for 4, including skate rentals at "Ice at The Parks" in Arlington for $18! This package normally costs $40, so this is another great deal that you won't want to miss out on! Buy it today at a discount, then use it later- the tickets don't expire until 11/1/2011!

Enjoy all these great deals today! I'm going to snap up quite a few myself!

The Children’s Aquarium at Fair Park marks its official opening with FREE admission and an expanded schedule of fish feedings the weekend of Dec. 3, 4, and 5.

Both sound like wonderful events- I've got them on my calendar!
