The website states that you will get your monthly offers via text message with a link to a barcode that can be scanned at checkout. The same barcode can be used for multiple one-time-only coupon deals throughout the month. Offers always arrive on a Sunday.
I'm not sure if these coupons will be the same as the coupons in the generator or entirely different coupons. Either way, this is a new and exciting way to save at Target!
