To make mornings easier, I eat some toast and have a drink before I get the kids out of bed and ready for the day, it gives me that extra energy I usually need :-)

I try to get to bed at a reasonable hour so that I am not tired and grumpy in the morning. I also like to set clothes out for mornings I know will be a bit more hectic.

I make a HUGE batch of silver dollar pancakes and freeze them. It makes a very quick breakfast when you just pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds.

I make mornings easier by freezing french toast/pancakes ahead-of-time to throw in the toaster. Also, I get everybody's drinks/plates ready at the same time to make things more efficient.

We set out breakfast items the night before like cereal,bowls spoons etc.

I like to use my crock pot as a double boiler and cook steel-cut oats overnight! Hot breakfast ready when we are!

We make mornings easier by getting as much ready the night before as possible-set out clothes, get backpacks or church bags ready, etc.
