This necklace has been handmade by Cami, the owner of Sweet Charli Boutique. It's a Rosette necklace and has a chain that fits over the head. The rosettes are made from white & off-white fabric. Cami, the owner of Sweet Charli Boutique, has one of these necklaces herself and told me she wears it all the time because it goes with everything.
