New Savvy Sister Shops giveaway from Dinner's Ready!

I'm so excited for this Savvy Sister giveaway! I just discovered this fabulous business right in my new home town of South Ogden: Dinner's Ready! Dinner's Ready makes a wide variety of homemade dinners, breads, cookies, brownies, and salads. They are designed for the busy family (or busy shopping moms!) where you can pick up dinner, heat at home and enjoy!

My family and I picked up some dinner there last night. Some of their entrees include lasagna, chicken and beef enchiladas, pot roast, swiss chicken, and poppy seed chicken. They pride themselves on using high quality ingredients and make everything from scratch so that you feel like you're eating at Grandma's! They also have a monthly special. For the month of March, the special entree is Mango Chicken Enchiladas. This is the entree our family decided on. Oh my goodness, talk about delicious!

Getting a Dinner's Ready meal could not be easier- just pick it up, heat and eat! We also enjoyed their homemade baguette:

Look at the size of that bread! It's super soft and delicious. (That's my adorable 5-year-old son with the baguette- it's almost as tall as he is!)

We also had some of their homemade green salad and chicken salad, everything we tried was top quality. The chicken salad has chopped celery and almonds, the green salad had green peppers, dried cranberries, and came with a side of croutons and slivered almonds. Talk about premium! These are their signature brownies:

Ummm... let's just say that they didn't last long at my house!

And being the bargain shopper that I am, I happened to notice that they even have sale items!

So, here's the exciting part: Dinner's Ready is giving away 2 full meal gift certificates to Savvy Sister Shops readers! The full meal includes your choice of entree, salad, bread and cookies and are valued at $17.49 each! And, not only do they have a store here in South Ogden, (just east of the Fresh Market store off Harrison Blvd), they also have a location in Bountiful as well! Their address in Bountiful is 353 S. Main. You can use the gift certificates at either location and the certificates are good for a full year! Even if you do not live in this area, you'll be passing through sometime in the next year, right?

So, here is what you need to do to WIN one of the gift certificates:

1. This entry has a prerequisite of being a fan of Savvy Sister Shops on Facebook. So head over to Facebook, become a fan of Savvy Sister Shops (if you're not already) and then add a picture to the fan page. I'm looking for awesome shopping trip pictures, of course! Please tell us how much you spent and how much you SAVED with your awesome shopping trip photo! (You could also add something like... "I owe it all to Savvy Sister Shops!")

After you have uploaded your picture to the Savvy Sister Shops Facebook page, come back here and leave a comment. Just tell me that you have completed entry #1.

2. For a second entry to win a Dinner's Ready full meal gift certificate, go over to the Dinner's Ready website and click on 'Menu.' Have a look at the entrees and then come back to Savvy Sister Shops and leave a comment telling us all which entree you would like best!

I'll announce the winner of the Dinner's Ready fulll meal gift certificates on Saturday, March 27th at noon! Good luck!

I became a fan on facebook...and am so unfamiliar with facebook, I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to add a picture of my latest shopping trip...But for the record, It was at Target. And I paid .33 cents total- which was just the sales tax since thanks to your post, all of my items were FREE!

I would have to say that the Mango Chicken Enchiladas sounded really good but I didn't see that on the menu (unless it is Chicken Enchiladas). I am a big fan of lasagna though if that one isn't available!

I can't for the life of me figure out how to load a picture on your FB page :( But I had two great shopping trips this week. The first was at Lees (an associated food store near my home) and I spent $14.63 and saved $43.85. The next was at Kohls, we spent $17 on dress shirts for my husband and saved $94. Wow!

The Spinach and Cheese Manicotti sounds delicious and would probably be my pick. Though from the sound of it you can't really go wrong with any of these.
