Smith's Coupon Event!

Okay, back to the Smith's coupon event. I have some more information about this sale and it's oh, so good! Just to remind us all, EVERY coupon under the value of $1 will automatically be adjusted to $1.00 off. That means:

25 cents off= $1.00 off
30 cents off= $1.00 off
40 cents off= $1.00 off
50 cents off= $1.00 off
75 cents off= $1.00 off

Right? Remember that your manufacturers coupons (either from the papers or printed coupons) will automatically adjust to $1.00 off, but don't expect your eCoupons to adjust. The
Smith's, Cellfire, and Shortcuts eCoupons are on a different program. Just load them up to be ready, though!

I also found out that this Mega Coupon Event runs all week! It starts Wednesday, June 23 and runs through Tuesday, June 29! Sweet! AND there will be another promo running as well. The Dayton Event Sale: buy 10 participating items and get $3.00 off! Are you jumping up and down yet?! (Thanks, Amy!)

So, I wanted to tell you about some of the coupons I am excited about cutting from my paper inserts and coupon booklets. For the printable coupons I'm going to print, visit this list.

Kroger Cake Mix 18.5 oz. $1.19

Use .25/1 Kroger Cake Mix coupon (From the Smith's mailer last week.)
Final price: 19 cents!

Kroger Brand Beans Kidney Beans, Chili Hot Beans, Great Northern Beans 15 oz. 68 cents
Use .35/1 Kroger Brand Beans coupon (Also from the Smith's mailer last week.)
Final price: FREE! (Plus a possible 32 cents overage.)

I've talked about the Kroger "Healthy Living Coupon Book" quite a bit since I have found it. That's because I got a ton of FREEbies during the last Smith's coupon event when I used it on the last day of the sale. They are found at the Smith's pharmacy counters. If you have found one of these books as well, will you please leave a comment and let us know which stores these are at? I found mine at the Smith's on Harrison Blvd. near WSU. I looked for the same booklet at the Roy Smith's pharmacy and it was not there. I even asked for one and they said they were expecting them, but they were not there yet.

These are some of the HOT coupons inside the 'Healthy Living Coupon Book' to use during the coupon event.

.35/1 Softsoap Liquid Hand Soap
(If these are still on sale for $1.00, these will be FREE!)

$1/1 Colgate Total Toothpaste
(This one will not be adjusted, of course. I was able to get FREE travel size Colgate Total with this coupon- it does not exclude sizes!)

.50/4 CARBmaster yogurts 6-7 oz. Asst. Varieties
These were 3/$1 last month, so I paid 33 cents for 4 yogurts!

Other HOT coupons to cut from your newspaper inserts:
.25/1 Clorox bleach 82 oz. or larger RP 6/6
.25/1 Bounty Towels or Napkins P&G 6/6 (These scored FREE paper towels last month!)
.25/1 Sunny Delight SS 5/9 (Could also mean FREE!)
.25/1 Charmin product P&G 6/6
.55/1 Cache Valley Cheese SS 4/25 & SS 5/23
.20/1 Hunt's Ketchup SS 5/16

As soon as I see the ad tomorrow I'll be posting the match-ups. Then, I'll be cruising to Smith's to grab the rest of the unadvertised deals for you! If you see some that I miss, please let me know. Whoo-hoo! I'm glad we have some time to prepare. Cut, cut, cut!

*If you want to add onto your present newspaper subscription, now would be the perfect time to do it! You will get your extra papers this Sunday while the coupon event at Smith's is still going on! The nice thing about the Salt Lake paper promo is that you can add onto whatever subscription you already have (even if you already get the Salt Lake papers), for only $39 per paper per year! Give Debbie a call at 801-344-2923 and add more papers onto your current subscription. Make sure you tell her that Heather told you about this deal so you can lock in the fantastic price. It's a small investment for all you will save on your grocery bill!

I was wondering about the RP ad since I get it in the mail every week (it doesn't come with my paper). Is there any way to get more than 1 RP ad or can you only get the one in the mail? Email me if you can! Superwoman_200@msn.com. Thanks!
