Just wondering if you have had any problems using the $1 off coupons at the Ogden Target on the travel size when they are 97 cents. The last time I tried they refused them and I haven't tried it since.

I had the same trouble with the Tide coupons in April. After reviewing the Target store coupon policy, it clearly states that they may adjust the coupon if they coupon amount is over the amount of the product.

If I have an ignorant cashier tell me they can't, I ask to talk to a manager. If the manager is also ignorant about the way coupons work, I tell them that I have discussed this with the corporate offices (which I have done) and they usually just say, "Okay" and accept the coupon. Print your coupon policy and have the corporate number with you (1.800.440.0680) in case you need to call them right there in the store! It sounds extreme, but you are working for this money and they should be following their own policy!
